Hot Class Etiquette at Body Bliss Studio

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to follow our hot class guidelines:

Before You Arrive

  • Please arrive 5 mins early to allow time to settle in and avoid disrupting the class
  • Ensure you are well hydrated before attending
  • Avoid heavy meals at least 1–2 hours before class

What to Bring

  • Water bottle – staying hydrated is essential in hot classes. We do sell water if needed
  • Your own mat (strongly recommended) – due to sweat and hygiene, we encourage all clients to bring their own
  • small towel is highly recommended

Mats are available to borrow if needed, but we kindly ask that you bring your own wherever possible.

Studio Guidelines

  • No mobile phones in the studio – please leave them outside in the lockers provided
  • Shoes must be removed before entering the studio
  • Maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere – keep conversations low before class begins
  • Once class has started, late entry may not be permitted for safety reasons

Hygiene & Courtesy

  • Please wipe down any borrowed equipment after use
  • Wear appropriate, breathable clothing
  • Avoid strong perfumes or oils out of consideration for others

We do not recommend any hot classes for pregnant ladies, however they would benefit from attending Yin Yoga or a Reformer Pilates class with either Holly, Tracey or David who are all prenatal qualified.

During Class

  • Listen to your body – take breaks whenever needed
  • Stay hydrated throughout
  • If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell, stop and inform your instructor immediately
